Michelle Head

Michelle has over 20 years experience, working within IT and Business Change Consulting firms. Michelle has recently returned to Prospect 33 in a permanent position to help drive and accelerate the growth of our Data Lab and Future Leader Programme. With a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships whilst delivering the right solutions by applying an honest and pragmatic approach. Michelle is proud to have maintained many of those client relationships for over 20 years. Michelle’s passion has always been to drive and developing the careers of young future leaders, many of whom are now clients themselves. An advocate of diversity and innovation Michelle is also a driver of initiatives to improve female representation and progression across financial services.

Michelle lives on the South Coast of England with husband Steve, son Finley and dogs Poppy & Luna. Evenings and weekends are spent touring the country in their VW Campervan and taking advantage of living close to the sea and the water-sports that the Sussex Coast has to offer.
