LONDON, UK – Prospect 33 is delighted to announce the appointment of Michelle Head as the company’s Managing Director of Business Development. Michelle rejoined Prospect 33 on the 17th of May 2021 having previously led the UK operation between 2014 & 2017.
Michelle is a key addition to the Prospect 33 Management Team and will focus on leading Prospect 33’s Strategic Innovation Practice. Based in London, Michelle will run the global Business Development team in the UK, Philippines, Canada & US.

Michelle’s passion has always been to drive and develop complex solutions to critical challenges within the industry. In a career spanning twenty-five years, Michelle has successfully navigated the changing dynamic of the industry throughout the 1990’s, early 2000’s and post-2008 period of regulatory reform. Michelle’s unique background which spans technology and business change are perfectly aligned with Prospect 33’s strategy to lead the Digital & Data Transformation within investment banking and financial services.
An advocate of diversity and inclusion, Michelle is also a driver of initiatives to improve female and minority representation and progression across the financial services industry.
