Job Description

We are looking for motivated and talented Rust Engineers to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable AI platforms and services. You will work closely with experienced engineers to build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure, enhance AI model deployment processes, and ensure platform reliability and security using Rust.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI platforms and services using Rust.

  • Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for deploying AI models under guidance.

  • Collaborate on building platform abstractions to manage cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of automated pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models.

  • Assist in ensuring platform security, compliance, and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform performance under mentorship.

  • Work with team members in a collaborative, multi-office, multi-country environment.

  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI, Rust development, and cloud engineering.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 1-3 years of experience in software or platform engineering (internships or relevant projects considered).

  • Proficiency in Rust programming and interest in building performant, reliable systems.

  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, containerd).

  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Interest in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and AI/ML.

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Preferred Experience (a Plus, but Not Required):

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Numpy).

  • Exposure to MLOps practices and tools.

  • Knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks (Spark, Dask).

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

  • Experience working with messaging frameworks like Kafka.

  • Understanding of NoSQL datastores like Cassandra.
