Job Description
Our client is looking for an Impressions Specialist to join their Fort Wayne, IN office. The role of the Impressions Specialist is to warmly welcome guests to the client whether through in-person visits, phone calls, or text messages. This person serves as the face of the office, and the company, and therefore must be cheerful, friendly, and fun! This position requires ensuring that our in-office visitors receive top-notch service and managing appointments and client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Additionally, the specialist will utilize reporting systems to track leads and maintain positive relationships with clients. Typical responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and greeting clients in warm and friendly manner
- Input client data from source documents into CRM
- Accurately record notes from client interactions into CRM, and maintain our existing database of clients
- Manage electronic tracking and filing while reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Provide support to various after-hours client events
- Assembling marketing material for clients and prospects upon request
- Assist in sending correspondence to clients, including appointment reminders, thank you notes, invitations, etc.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree, Bachelors preferred
- 2+ years experience working in a professional office setting
- Proficient knowledge with Salesforce, Calendly, Microsoft Office suite, and comfortable working on a Mac operating system
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas
- Excellent multi-tasker, including coordinating multiple calendars and working under pressure
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Must be reliable, as you are the face of the office
