Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented ACBS Cash Reconciliation Specialists to join our team. Candidates must be able to work independently, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a solid understanding of loan trading and fee structures. This position is open to both onshore and offshore applicants and offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately reconcile a large volume of exceptions related to payments and fees in ACBS, focusing on syndicated loans.
  • Efficiently review and process email and fax communications containing loan notices, identifying missing notices, and settling them accordingly.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of fee structures and notices for syndicated loans to handle complex reconciliation tasks.
  • Analyze and resolve issues arising from loan trading, including the muddled allocation of principal and interest payments during loan purchases and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address discrepancies and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field – preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan operations, with a focus on syndicated loans and ACBS.
  • Strong understanding of the reconciliation process and loan trading.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable using various communication platforms (email, fax, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to different time zones, if necessary.
