Job Description

Prospect 33 is seeking an experienced Data Program Delivery Lead to help lead the delivery of data programs and strategies for our clients in the capital markets industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data strategy and management, as well as experience leading data analytics and AI projects. Additionally, knowledge of the regulatory landscape in capital markets and experience in change management would be a significant bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of data programs and strategies for our clients in the capital markets industry, including data governance, data management, and data architecture initiatives
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Build and lead a cross-functional project team, including business analysts, data architects, developers, and QA testers
• Develop and implement project governance processes to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Apply knowledge of regulatory requirements in the capital markets industry to ensure data programs and strategies meet relevant regulatory standards
• Implement effective change management processes to ensure successful adoption of data programs and strategies by client organizations

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
• 8-15 years of experience in data strategy, data management, and data analytics in the capital markets industry or a related field
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Experience leading the delivery of data analytics and AI projects
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in capital markets, including relevant regulations such as Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, and EMIR
• Experience in change management, with a track record of successfully implementing change initiatives in client organizations
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

This is a full-time position with a yearly compensation range of $175,000 – $225,000.
