Job Description
Prospect 33 is hiring an FP&A Manager to support one of their growing clients. This role will report directly into the CFO and requires a great deal of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a background in FP&A and a strong understanding of technology and technology department spend. The role will require someone who can enforce governance of spend, deliverables, and resources. You must be a dynamic individual who is not afraid to be the enforcer and face-off against stakeholders.
You will need to develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. You will be responsible for the creation and enforcement of approved vendor lists. You will also be responsible for the management of project spend and deliverable timetables. You must control the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Job Requirements
- Background in FP&A and procurement
- Understanding of financial institution technology departments
- 10+ years experience in financial services
- Experience establishing governance initiatives
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong leadership capabilities
