Prospect 33 is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team! We are a US-based business with offices globally seeking someone to remotely support our operation. A successful recruiter will collaborate with managers on a daily basis and proactively fulfill open requirements- experience with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring, would be a plus. Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a must. Your main job: find the most awesome people to support our clients with their AI/ML projects within the financial services sector in the US & UK.

Prospect 33 is a niche consultancy supporting clients throughout the Financial Services industry with their Digital and Data Transformation initiatives. You’ll be working on the most urgent and exciting projects within the banking and financial services industry. We are looking for a Type-A, self-starter, who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done when it needs to get done, because TKAD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Source and recruit candidates by using our database, LinkedIn, etc
  • Screen candidates CVs/resumes and job applications
  • Develop teams to deploy into client projects
  • Support recruiting initiatives surrounding Prospect 33’s Global Data Lab
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, technical & soft skills, experience, and aptitude
  • Format resumes to share with clients
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection

Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in smaller consultancies or startup environments
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc)
  • Traits of a successful applicant: hard-working, great attention to detail, ability to work with little oversight, strong ability to multitask, sound decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can-do attitude with ability to wear multiple hats
